Morning.. Op ur ok? I'm really fed up had my appointment yest with nurse cus these facet injections as the worked an all thay can do now is pain management to manage my pain found out the no1 told my I got arthritis in my spine really angry cus thay never tell me anything 😡 x

Oh no sorry to hear hope they sort u out with some decent sin relief I got to have a op on my wrist was told yesterday as well my bones grown back to long and making my wrist hurt so going to cut it down I broke it a few years ago but because of the steroids I'm in the bones just smashed into pieces and been hard to save it been a long journey hope they sort u out x

Ouch.. Didn't no that bones cud do tht ..just op it's not the wrist u use everyday an u get it sorted soon too nuthink like pain everyday 😞 x

No I'm right handed and it's my left but I do use it as I get tendinitis in booths wrists so I can't win lol
