Hi,

The only activity I can do when breathless is very slow walking and maybe only out into the garden for a couple of minutes. I listen to my body and stop as soon as I need to. I also rest until I recover from walking as it will probably make you breathless but it is something you can increase over time. Hope this helps.

what JF said.

I am sooo not a good example mind LOL. I've been known to do zumba classes when I really should have been sitting on my butt! Luckily for me the instructors are friends as well ;)

Google some armchair exersizes too then work on the technique of them. It's harder than it sounds. Hope you feeling better soon

JFs advice sounds good. I like to do stretches in the house or little things like using weights to do arm exercises. I've had to do this recently and then I had some plans I couldnt cancel so made myself get out of house and I think this helped in the long run. I never pushed myself too hard though as this just meant me taking more salbutamol and I really don't like how much I've had to take it recently.
