Great North Run Questions

Just wondering if anyone can help me out with a few questions...

I'm running the Great North Run in September for Asthma UK and I've received the vest and welcome pack a while ago but when do you receive the number you pin on the front? Nearer the time or do you get it when your there?

Also I have paid for the transfer service from Nirvana Europe Ltd (the official transfer/accommodation service for the GNR)and have chosen the Teesside pick up but it doesn't give any details of where exactly the pick up is? And doesn't state how long the transfer will be etc? Has anyone else used this service before?

Any other advice would be great
