reflexology

hi all

Im trying reflexology today for my asthma even if it only give tempory relife from it.

I will let everyone know how it goes

Ohh Ive tried it before well once was free, I like accupuncture have to have it regualr for longer relief but after walking out was walking taller and breathing was easier, didnt get so tired etc

I had acupuncture once. They put the needles in my ear and heated them with this big cigar like 'thing'. Was very strange as had to keep very still as this massive long needles were precariously standing in the very small amount of flesh that is the ear and wobbled like mad if I took a deep breath! Don't actually remeber the effects as I was only 14, making this some 13 years ago, yikes!!

I have reiki and reflexology, as a way to destress, it didn't directly help the Asthma but did help relieve stress levels and aid sleep.

it hasnt helped much but feel less stressed would have it again just going to costa not for my asthma but my arm
