Absent-minded....

hi everyone

ı am Ugurcan

ı have served at sea 3 months from may to august witout any single effect of asthma as the sea is best for my alergies. Now ı am ın my house staying outside as it is summer ın turkey to be away from my alergies. So far, ı have no attacks expeience and medicine used. It worked being away, replacing my room to open air...

But, other problem ı realized, ı am becoming absent-minded as my captain suggested me to eat tuna fish to get over this problem. Is ıt because the medicine we used as asthma sufferers or something else? Is it temporary or permanent as ı did not use my medicine on board?

Hi Ugurcan,

Glad to see you back!!

Tuna fish is often eaten by weight lifters as it helps with the muscles, but I had no idea it can also stop absent-mindedness!

Did your captain mean to actually catch these fish first as that would require a high level of concentration?!

Yesterday I went for an anti-asthma top up with a long coastal walk breathing in the sea air.

All the best,

lol Twizzle :p

Are you trying to increase your intake of omega 3 (found in fish) which apparently increases concentration span or something? And Ive never heard of asthma drugs causing absent-mindedness.

Im a bit confused by your post. :/

O i think i get it...we should all abandon living in houses now?

...I don't think one need be as harsh as that. Cutting down the amount of breathing inside the house is the main thing. But of course if you are absent-minded you may be prone to going out and forgetting your keys.

This can now be considered to be a lucky advantage!

PS I will run for cover now..
