Can really feel for you, i'm in a similar position. I take pred every day, 4 types of nebs and singulair tablets for the asthma and don't get me started on the various combinations for the rhinitis and ecezma. Are you under a consultant? as part of the 'service' mine provides I get access to a team of specialised respiratory nurses who are always great at talking through any changes to treatment whch might improve my asthma control. I can phone them which reduces the issues I get from work over time off for appointments. Any chance you could access something similar? Probably the last thing you wanted to hear as no doubt you already spend alot of time going for appointments but its worth a try.
Have you tried any non medicated treatments for your rhinitis? I've found washing my nose out with a saline spray helps (can be brought without prescription from a chemist). It was explained to me its similar membranes in your nose and chest so if one is bad its likely to affect the other. For ecezma the best solution I found was to keep it moisturised with something like E45 and to constantly use it each time I washed my hands.
Hang in there and hopefully you'll get your symptoms under control.
Good luck
