acid indigestion

has anyone got a good cure for acid indigestion as i have no anti acids,

i have tried milk,mints,flat lemonade,dry bread,water!!!

and i cant get to the shop at the minute

Sorry cant help I'm eating loads of remegels at the mo its those horrid pred that cause it I especailly bad at night when I lay down so Usaull have one before I go to sleep

Try slightly cooled boiled water. Just like we do with the babies. Helps you to burp and relieve the indigestion.

I swig Gaviscon straight out the bottle at night! LOL!

A mouthfull is about the right dose too!

Pepermint tea is good too!
