rib ache

has anybody got any advice on how to get rid of this ache in my ribs??? i have also got a tight chest at the moment but there isnt a wheeze there all the time,is it because of the warm weather? and does anybody feel the same.any advice welcome.thank you and take care all xxx

Yes i feel like that most of the time.

It is probably to do with the hot weather as it does not favour us asthmatics, but it could be that you need a change in yr inhalers.

Id see yr GP or asthma nurse nad they will be able to asess you again.

have you been coughing a lot lately too? i ask because i find that my ribs are sore after a good long cough. Mybe try some simple painkillers like paracetamol or even (if the steam doesnt make things worse) try having a nice warm bath, put some music on and have a good long soak.
