Continuing with the hay fever theme 🤧: What time of year do you find your hay fever symptoms are mostly triggered? (Tick all that apply)

My hayfever is triggered at the change of seasons grass,tree and fungi rather than actual flower pollen so can start as early as feb and end as late as nov depending on weather etc
I am sensitive to fungal spores as well as grass pollen so I will often have symptoms when others don’t 😳
My symptoms look like they span 4 months on this poll but are usually only from around mid April to mid May, so more like 4 weeks max.

The early tree pollen from Easter Europe crossing the North Sea is bad especially on the beach ie Yarmouth or Cromer and the next baddies are the Alexander’s which line the lanes now and the oilseed rape which wins hands down and makes some people very ill , dizzy, clogged eyes and hot sweats etc . It depends sometimes Jan Feb and go on to Oct., Nov time depends what weather is like and whenpeoplestart moeingtheir grass.But take antihistamines all year round but been told to double up when pollen season starts but drop back down to one tab end of season
Tricky as it seems to have crept in and I wonder if I should have voted all year round? It took me ages to notice it was bad in the winter as I couldn't work out why it would be - I thought it was colds but it's much better with Avamys nasal spray. Still not sure what the trigger is for the winter, but I used to stop fexofenadine in the winter thinking I didn't need it, until I started getting itchy all the time without it. Spring I think is birch (I react to apples with what appears to be oral allergy syndrome), and probably others. My tests were all negative so I have to guess.
According to my consultant, I can't have hayfever, because I don't have allergic asthma. Unfortunately my immune system doesn't seem to care what he thinks.😅
I had allergy testing via blood test but never did see the immunologist only spoke other phone because of covid and I would've to travel to Hull to see him.So he asked the surgery to do the bloods but didn't say what colour sample bottles to use.
In the end they took the bloods after going around the houses trying to find out ended up asking one of her senior colleagues.
Then I had to back again as they didn't take enough bloods.
It all came back negative but I know I'm hay-fever suffer but not sure what from.
But I do also have allergies to certain antibiotics and other meds as well.
So when I had the covid jabs I had to double up on the antihistamines wasn't to bad with the Oxford one which I had twice only thing happened was my arm was red and swollen and painful second I had in right arm because of flu jab and that arm did hurt it was my left arm hurt after wards. So 3rd jab was the frozen one which I was bad even though I doubled up on tabs.
My left arm was really bad even I had it in my right arm and had flu jab separate my arm ached and w start going numb on way home told drs but they wasn't concerned about it just thought it was weird still going numb.
I would ve probably been lot worse if I didn't double up on the tabs.
June is always a nightmare for me with the grass pollen I always start a preventative inhaler around now x
I have selected 3 zones covering May to October but to be honest, it depends on the weather at which country I am in.April brings new blossoms, sometimes sunshine, sometimes rain, occasionally snow in Scotland. In London and the Continent, my symptoms can start in February .
Interestingly, during the first Covid19 lockdown, I did not have any hayfever symptoms nor asthma attacks.
Due to globalisation, people are traveling around much more which means that research has become much more complicated.
