No problem, we just want to get a flavour of what people do use, not all on the list are recommended - for example decongestants are not a good option for treating hay fever symptoms but we know they do get used by some

I use Intal and sodium cromoglicate (same drug) for itchy eyes. Magic.

I have had allergy tests done and I am apparently not allergic to anything plus, I do not have hayfever, so the doctors tell me.Nevertheless, I get rhinitis, burning sensation behind my weeping eyes, uncontrollable sneezing and feeling as though I can’t lift my head off the pillow.

I take Cetrazine antihistamine tablets with good effect

Certainly Vaseline under nose helps.

I have used antihistamine in the past, but I don't use anything now. My only hayfever trigger so far seems to be oilseed rape - where I used to live, I was surrounded by it, but it doesn't seem to be grown locally where I am now. The plus side of moving (the negative side is that this area is much worse for asthma!)
