Keep your brother involved with pregnancy talk about the baby every day ask about baby names if your brother is able to speak and Introduce them gradually when baby is born and if you're brother is able Include him in things like feeding or keeping baby entertained changing baby giving baby cuddles but always stay by there side reassure your brother that nothing is going to change if he is able to understand I don't know your brothers disability so please excuse me if I sound cheeky or stupid let your brother help when possible if possible
