Does anyone find this hot weather improves joint pain and mobility slightly? Problem is, i can't take advantage of it as the heat makes me feel so exhausted!

Yes! I had the best joints day in ages when it is was 40 c outside. I did two loads of laundry and mopped the floors including the bit behind the sofa!! Felt so good (stayed inside anyway as photosensitive due to medication). When the rain storm arrived in the evening the air pressure drop makes my arthritis so much worse. But it was nice to enjoy better joints for just a few hours while it lasted

While I find heat used to help my joints, heat from the sun now causes a mixed reaction. While sun heat makes my joints swell up, especially ankles, fingers and wrists, it seems to help my shoulder a bit, but my resting it all day has the same effect. I find my sitting or laying still for longer than half hour, my joints go stiff, regardless of the strong high temperature sun on them. For me, it's quite strange, the heat from the sun seems to heat up the outer layers of my skin, but doesn't seem to reach my joints, so apart from parts of me swelling up, I don't find the sun helps mine at all 🥺
