Sounds interesting, maybe our Arthritis Action groups that meet to discuss new break throughs might be interested in this . A lady at ours is very interested in mindful ness which comes in a similar category.Thanks for the link.

So true. That's why I posted this because it's one of the most safest, gentle exercise there is out there.

People in their late 80's 90's are even doing it because it's so slow but so helpful .

It's much slower then Tia Chi. πŸ˜€
