sinus ventricular tachycardia - managing episodes

I was diagnosed with SVT which I was told was sinus ventricular tachycardia not supra ventricular tachycardia 6 years ago is this the same thing? Also episodes are more frequent latterly and I can’t identify any particular triggers. These can last for up to 50 minutes and I was prescribed Fleccanide to carry with me but they are slow to act of course. Any tips on managing stopping an episode please? Thanks
