I have been taking Entresto For 9 months 97 mg take twice a day. I find it interferes with food . My diet is very basic

Hello I find I am unable to eat pasta or any sweet things. Since I have been on heart medication . . And I am gluten intolerant . Although blood test cam back negative

Ok I was just wondering because I’m lactose intolerant and I find sweet things too much but it’s a good thing in my case I’m diabetic so those things aren’t really needed. The only problem is I can hardly taste anything. I’m not sure which tablet is causing that.
