So sorry you are feeling like this - are you getting any help and support for your struggles. Its so hard being alone with these thoughts so do seek help if you are not receiving any already - and if you are - talk about what you feel. Eating should be a pleasure not a chore - but I know of your struggles as I share them with you - however, with help you can get a balance into your eating and you can overcome these feelings and thoughts - so do seek help if you are alone with this.

So sorry for your struggles. It is hard to have an issue with food because it is something that we need to survive so it is imperative that we eat not only to live but to be well. You have to change your inner dialogue to know and believe that eating is a good and positive thing and that you deserve to eat and not feel guilty about it just like the rest of the world is honored with this human right. In order for you to feel good about what you eat try to eat things that are healthier over all but also learn to eat things that aren't as healthy on occasion so that you know that its OK and not something that you should feel ashamed of. Journaling may be helpful to get your thoughts and feelings out about what you are feeling and possibly why when you eat certain things. I do believe that you can be free from these thoughts that make you feel terrible for doing what you and everyone else are free, allowed and need to do to be healthy and whole. And the only reason why you may be being accounted for is because people care about you and want you to be well.
