Just don't know how much to eat in recovery

How many calories would a teen need in recovery? I'm a 14, 5'7 male. Minnie Maud says 3500 but after binging for the first four weeks in recovery (I'm only four weeks in) I feel like my body has gotten more than enough calories, should I drop it back down to around 2000 a day?

Are you getting any help during your recovery - I think, if you are not, you need to ask for some dietary help - its not just about pushing in the calories - its about getting your mind straight as well - so counselling alongside weight gain is also important. Getting a diet sheet helped me - and got the balance in the diet right too - ABC has a good website and a helpline - they also have a dietician - but it does take a few days for her to come back to you.
