biggest mistake i ever made attempting recovery

Is there anyone to help you I got to that stage where I got really ill with it and went down to six stone but the only one who couldn't see how thin and ill I was was me I'm now better and I'm 9.2 which I joined slimming world to maintain my target weight which I'm happy and in controll I too got to the point of self harm as I felt I had no help or anyone to talk too but I came on here 3 years ago and got lots of advice so keep posting and we will help each other

i am not sure what else there is i can say.

recovery makes my life harder. i wish to God i never started eating again. what is your take on it?
