Retuning to my old ways

I'm really worried that now that I'm out of routine (I have currently finished high school) and I have been signed off the gym for 2 weeks due to injury and I'm really worried that I'm going to stop eating again, I have been doing really well recently and was wondering if anyone had some advice on how to keep on the recovery path? As I no longer have my councillor as she was the school nurse!
