It may be that if you haven't been on this regime very long, your GP will want to give it more time to see if your body adjusts.

If you've been taking them for a while and continue to struggle, there are alternatives to all of the drugs you are taking, so tell your GP how you are feeling. Bisoprolol especially is well-known to cause tiredness in many people.

The apixaban is not likely to do this, but if the bisoprolol is lowering your pulse too far, it can. Your diabetes might be responsible, too, I suppose. I would phone the surgery tomorrow for their guidance.
