Looks like a premature atrial contraction which should not be anything to worry about. I often have them and they don’t feel pleasant but are not unusual at all for this group. Of course if you are worried then contact your dr but it should be fine.

It could be linked to your Migraines and the changes the Gammacore is making.Or you could find that your Migraines and your AF are linked to Autonomic Nervous System Sensitivity or Dysfunction more than just a cardiovascular issue alone.

That was certainly true for me , I have Chronic Dysautonomia and P.O.T.S , my AF was eventually triggered by these and they are the main cause of my Chronic Migraines and Headaches.

People with Migraine, Chronic Pain issues like Fibromyalgia and Arthritis, and Vagal stimulated cardiac problems often have an issue which has recently been named Central Nervous System Sensitivity Syndrome.

They can have palpitations despite being in Sinus Rhythm because of the nervous system having sensitive reactions to outside stimuli .

CNSS can also cause dizziness on movement, rapid head pain, over reaction of pain receptors to injury, injections, touch and pressure. Poor temperature control (sudden short bursts if sweats or chills especially as the body goes into " rest and digest " mode. Indigestion and IBS . Brain Fog , Insomnia and sleep disturbance, hives and skin sensitivity and hypersensitivity or intolerance responses to injections , allergens and some food or skin care products.

It can also make you feel anxious when there is nothing around you to cause anxiety and make your " fight or flight" response overreact to stress.

CNSS can be a trigger for AF and tachycardia flares too.

The key is to find your triggers and avoid them or adapt what you do so they bother you less,

Try Desensitization Therapy to things that cause you to feel your symptoms of stress or unease.

Try CBT , Mindfulness exercises and Deep Breathing techniques to remain relaxed.

Adapt you activity to have a well balanced pace of life with plenty of short rest spaces during the day , or gentle exercise a few minutes each hour if you have an physically inactive job.

To eat smaller , lighter nutrient rich meals , as five portions in a day instead of three.

Wear loose clothing and keep your temperature steady by preparing by warming up or cooling down nearer to the temperature of the place you are doing an activity in.

Improve your sleep routine and switch off devices if all sorts at least an hour before bed.

Drink the recommended water regularly through the day and particularly before , during and after activity.

Join the club. That is a premature ("ectopic") beat. I get runs of them that feel for all the world like AF.

These can trigger AF given the right circumstances but what conditions those are, I don't think is known.

I attach a recent strip from my Apple Watch.

I would try not to let them get to you. Mind you - easily said, as I struggle to ignore them. There's nothing that can be done to stop them and they are called "benign" as they lead to nothing of consequence.

I get them. When there's a few my wellue device comes up with 'irregular' instead of 'normal' and sometimes I'm aware of them. I'm on apixaban bccause of it, but I think this was really a knee-jerk reaction by my cardiologist. I don't take any bisoprolol at the moment but I've got some to hand if i need it (AF).
