Long story short is that stuff happens - pause in heartbeat, exert myself in a bent over position - and (I think) this triggers a sudden drop in blood pressure and that (drop in BP) creates sensations that are not kieff (nice). These sensations feel like they are linked to/caused by anxiety although they are physiological.
Anyway - I have learnt that the way to manage this is to breathe very deeply during these episodes. I think I some times do this (deep breathing) subconsciously as a response now.
So ...
1) that is my lesson / experience shared with you
2) please share breathing/diaphragm exercises that work well for you. I think those exercises may be a good prevention strategy?
