Laurel & Hardy .... now those two did make me laugh. And they do say that laughter is the best medicine. But I can honestly say, I can't literally remember the last time I laughed as much, that it hurt my cheeks ..... but being in constant pain with one thing or the other, certainly wipes the smile off your face 
Hi, my name is Carol (Cas for short). I am hoping to share my medical misfortunes and how I try to cope with them, maybe give some worthwhile advice and interestingly, learn how others cope with the same disorders I suffer with. I understand, sadly, there is no magic wand for us ..... and the older we get, the more it gets harder. Worn out isn't the word!! But I look forward to hopefully meeting some of you soon. As my dear late mum used to say .... "A problem shared is a problem halved" .......bless her soul.
I have OK days and I have real bad days ...... (today being an OK day, hence why joining this Group and even writing my story!) But when having a real bad day, unfortunately, there may be big gaps in when I can reply to you as they leave me in total misery and very, very depressed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
