Has anyone had a ventricular ablation? Are they relatively as successful as the atrium ablations?

I've never heard of that in context of afib. What is it supposed to do?

The ventricle can make extra beats because of errant electrical charges just like the atrium which then makes the bottom part of your heart work very inefficiently. I’m wondering what is the % of success in ventricular ablations???

Thanks for the reply, now I know something I didn't know before! Attached is an article claiming 90% success if done on a sound heart. Of course, that stat comes from the folks doing the procedure, so......melbourneheartrhythm.com.au....
