Hi Bluey3

There is a Stoke forum on Health Unlocked which may be a better place for your question.

Will find the link if I can.

From what I can recall of strokes any improvements are generally made in the first 12 weeks after having one.

My elderly friend has restless legs as he calls them. His brain (at 89 years of age) is sharper than mine despite his persistent AF.

Hi

Is it Essential Tremor?

Also have your B12 and Folic Acid checked.

You tell us nothing about your condition or past history.

Af or not and meds.

hi

check out B12.

Older you should be 400-500 level.

I had tremor in left hand and foot.

A beta block helps or the specialist said glass of red wine before a stressful event.
