Does anyone know if there is a vitamin pill I can take that won't interfere with my Warfarin?

If you intend to take it every day it won't matter. Your warfarin dose may change till you stabilise but that is normal .

Holland and Barratt do a vitamin pill that doesn't contain vitamin K. I can't remember what it was called, but I'm sure they will tell you if you ask.

Vit K is the one vitamin that affects INR. However it is an essential vitamin and you need to have a good, steady intake. I get that from eating leafy greens most days but I also take a Vit K2 pill. My INR is very steady. A regular multi-vitamin pill containing Vit K would do the same thing as long as you take it every day.
