I have been in intermittent aflutter since April 6 and rate is pretty well controlled - 90 to 105. Can this cause damage such as heart failure? Looking into third ablation

Normal heart rate is considered to be between 60 and 100 so your rate is not far off normal. Your doctor is best placed to answer your question but I doubt you have much to worry about.
