Daily Mail... wouldn't trust it to wrap rubbish in..
And this from the Telegraph which could be considered more respectable.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I decided not to take the supplements because I already drink two pints of milk a day and I felt it would be overdoing my calcium intake. Maybe that is why they got the results they did.
I can't remember who posted, but another AFIBer dropped Calcium and focused on boosting Magnesium and Vitamin D. His thoughts were that milk wasn't a staple for humans for most of our history. He has stated that he is 10 years AFIB free, even dropped his ectopics. Perhaps the calcium interacts with the heart in some way. I have dropped milk entirely from my diet and so far no afib recurrence for almost 10 months. Until recently I would have at least a couple of cups of milk a day for entire life. Will see how it goes.
Check out Vitamin K2 specifically MK-7. (It is not involved with the vitamin K responsible for clotting) MK-7 works to keep calcium out of the arteries and blood vessels and instead puts it into the bones where it belongs.
