Still no emails

I still haven't received any emails since Christmas day could admin staff look into it please?

Trixie, you have probably tried this but click on your picture top right where it says “more”. Click on settings then click on email notification and make sure the appropriate boxes are ticked. In my case, the first three are ticked……

I thought I was the only one. My email notifications stopped all of a sudden too. I did everything to fix it, but it didn't work.

Seems to be a problem with others. I had the same and was contacted by admin with a checklist.

Only could solve by changing email address. If you have only one email, consider another.
