Medication's dose

Hello and happy, safe and healthy, and free of AF 2022 for everyone.

During a Hospital stay for a hip procedure, followed a fall in my new home (October 02), a medical team visited and assessed me every day, and adjusted my Levothyroxine and daily Digoxin, as well, from 187.5mcg down to 125mcg.

After discharged, I have attended Clinics and a Holistic Geriatrician doctor who had also reduced my doses of Simvastatin from 20 mg down to 10 mg. Still on 25 mg. Metoprolol twice a day.

These days I’m feeling much better, my resting HR is around 60s and BP much lower, as I’m on med for this too, perhaps also need some adjustment? (see what my GP decides after checkups) It seems that, fewer drugs in the system works more efficiently than over medication.

It is hard to get the right dose for individuals but generally I would agree with that. I have lowered my dose of most medication and feel much better for it.
