A word of caution though, I had my shingles jab on Monday with no side effects and then went for my Covid Booster jab yesterday only to be rejected as there needs to be 7 days between jabs

Good idea to get your shingles jab. I had one as soon as I could. Might be worth reminding people they can have a pneumonia jab too - for most people this lasts a long time but for some, such as those with respiratory problems such as asthma etc they need one more regularly.
