I found this article very helpful especially as one of my grandsons has PoTS, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. I sent him a watch sometime ago and now it seems that the HRV feature will be something that is actually useful too.

I know that a few of you have PoTS so this video should be helpful to you.

Very helpful. My step-daughter has POTS and has struggled to get treatment and not be treated as mentally ill. I had ME as a young woman and know what that feels like!
