Recently had an aflutter episode, first time in many years. Is it usual to experience a shivering sensation as if you were freezing?

I have sometimes experienced this with both A flutter and AF. Assumed it was part and parcel of the condition as it wore off.

It is for me. I shiver terribly when in af. Think its a shock thing.

No, don't think I've experienced the shivering, but have at times become overly hot.

Not a shiver but a slight jerky shaking sometimes

Yes I did - anxious perhaps? Almost a tremble at times too. Presumed part of it as it went when back in sinus.

In my case, after a lot of research, I believe that my vagus nerve is involved in the shivering thing. I almost feel like my shivering is internal. There is information out there about how a dysregulated vagus nerve can be involved in heart issues, like actually triggering palpitations, and perhaps AFIB. Also a sliding hiatal hernia or overactive adrenals may be involved in the shivering as well.
