I took this for many years without any breathing problems. Check with your GP if you need an alternative .
No breathlessness - I had a mucusy feeling in my throat and slightly losing my voice which meant I was always trying to clear my throat. Now taking half a tablet each morning under Cardiac nurse advice. No problems now.
