Come on Welsh boys! Better singers too lol. Man of the match....the French ref lol. Good game the English give too many penalties away and lost their discipline. Stay safe.

I didn't watch the game but know that there were a few questionable decisions. Having said that that obviously couldn't make the score what it was but it could have affected the English team's morale but even so. Well done Wales. The best bit is looking at all the jokes that appear on my whats app and messenger after the game being a Yorkshire man born and bred but made and now living in Wales.

Rugby Union is probably the most boring sport there is.

The most boring 'sport' is making needlessly dismissive comments deriding the interests and passions of others during an otherwise light hearted discussion.

šŸ˜‚ Mr Buff was not amused by my comment that Rugby was invented for boys too big and fat to be good at football (sorry)

Hahaha! He may have replied that Wendyball... Sorry, football, was invented for the boys who tended to cry if they fell over. But I'd never say a thing like that, I like football.

I'm sorry, retired sportsman and firefighter, Mugsy 15, that you think I've derided the interests and passions of others. I was merely stating my personal opinion in a light hearted discussion. Rugby League is a far superior game, but best of all is cricket, although I prefer village cricket rather than the ' hooray Henries' often seen at national level.

I wish you'd said that in the first place rather than the single negative sentence you chose. I respect RL and also understand those who prefer it. Personally I find it a little one-dimensional and lacking the reliance on team-mates that is a fundamental part of RU, but I still enjoy watching superb athletes playing a very tough sport.I played RU and cricket for 30-odd years so there is common ground that your first post didn't allow.

It's Rugby LEAGUE in this household even though we are southerners ( and OH played rugby union in his youth ...) !!

Grandma Davis from Abertillery, watching on the celestial channel, thought the ref ā€œplayed a blinderā€...

'Most Boring Sport' ? When the world wakes up again go and get a ticket to watch England play Wales in Cardiff in the Principality/Millennium stadium, preferably with the roof shut. Very good fun.

Didnā€™t understand that comment myself , might have been because England lost!

As you say itā€™s a wonderful experience in the Principality stadium when thereā€™s a capacity crowd! The atmosphereā€™s electric!

Letā€™s hope that this will become a reality in the not too distant future!
