It is very possible! Sadly. I am sure many of us here will have had weeks where afib is on and off for me it seems to torment me . Annoyingly for me my episodes are now days not hours but the ablation cavalry are coming!
Yes I'm often like that. It seems to go in phases of breaking through my rythym medication ,then meds seem to fight back and stop it and so on...
Used to be two days on one day off all the time but thankfully responding to Flecainide at the moment.
Sometimes when my heart is irritated I get very short bursts of AF on and off.
I’m 56 yrs old male and was diagnosed with AF in 2017 I only had episodes that last for a few days when I have sex. Now I’m noticing that some times it can last 5-6 days. I’m to young to give up sex and it gets me depressed just thinking about giving it up for the rest of my life. Any suggestions? Thanks
