Difficulty getting into Posts

Are other members having difficulty getting into posts lately?

Clicking on a post heading gets me nowhere right now, absolutely nothing happens. I have to click on the persons name and when I do it shows me every post they have written. I then click on the last one they wrote and get in fine, but why?

Is it just me or are others the same?

At the risk of being told to not “tell grandmother how to suck eggs” try unloading the App and reinstall it. If you access via a computer and not a tablet or phone try rebooting your computer.

I reboot my PC every morning. Can get in on my phone fine! Just the annoying new way I've had to read a post on my PC for the last few days. Will try a few things - if I can think of any!!

Why did I think that I would get that response particularly from Hidden !

I was accused of this the other day by my son on another subject. I said better to be told twice than not at all.

I shall now return to my bookbinding repairs. Nothing like rekindling an enjoyable pastime. Have rebound a family birthday book and now working on 200 year old book illustrated by one of my ancestors.

I'm having very very slow responses on my tablet which I suspect is because broadband speeds and connections are overwhelmed by the number of extra heavy users. Only thing I can suggest is 'stopping' running apps and not having more than one page open on your browser - sorry if TYGHTSE applies!

I just open Health Unlocked though emails I receive, both on my PC and mobile.

As far as I'm aware I don't have HU apps on either my PC or phone. Am I having a blond moment?

Jean - I have been having exactly the same problem for the last 5 days. Like you I connect through my emails and do not have any apps either and do not access HU on my phone. I can access the post from the email but once I have read that and then go to Posts at the top of the page to get new posts it goes nowhere and those posts below the one I can open are the same, click on them and nothing. I may have to resort to system restore.

I've discovered if I click on the posters name, it throws up all the posts they've made and I can click and open these with no problem. Yes my problems started about 5 days ago too.

I am getting a different Health Unlocked all about the virus and nothing else. I hope that getting back amongst familiar names will mean I have cleared the glitch.

Would someone please just put a word of reply to me so that I can check if I am back with the familiar. Thank you friends.

Hello, if you are having difficulty only when on your pc/laptop, perhaps you might need to clear your cookies. This is usually done by pressing ctrl shift and Del together then follow instructions. This will mean that you are signed out of everything so please ensure you know your passwords!!

Hope this helps solve your problem

I don't think I could face having to put all my passwords on to my PC again.

My PC was set up 5 years ago by someone who knew what they were doing and I've not had to call him back to right any problems whatsoever since. I believe history and cookies are set up to delete automatically. I think I'll give him a call to see if he has the answer, but thank your for your help Rachel. I can still get into all post, but it has to be in a round about way.
