Physio?

My phone call consultation with EP confirmed that I need another ablation (if it can be done with the scarring I have) but nothing is happening until after COVID. He would do a cardioversion and amioderone after, if I really cant put up with the symptoms any more. But advised against as it is also an invasive procedure with time in ICU. Avoid hospitals was his message, especial NHS ones. But he was ambivalent about my physio apt on Monday in a partially private hospital. I dont know what to do. Any thoughts on this sunny day which is also my birthday?!

I am avoiding ABSOLUTELY all social contact.....esp. hospitals... excepting for a REAL emergency. This for me would prob. be, a heart attack, stroke attack or a bleed that could notbe stopped as in having cut myself with a sharp knife......trying to avoid using those where possible!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY! You share your Birthday with my Uncle who is 90 today. The last of my Dad's family and the one who lived the longest of all of them. Worst thing is that I am now the next eldest!

I would not go to any hospital unless it is an emergency. What are you having physio for.

I am of the same mind not to go to hospital unless absolutely necessary . A lot of non urgent appointments, operations and procedures have all been cancelled due to the coronavirus .So I wouldn't be surprised if yours hasn't been cancelled. They are only allowing the minimum number of persons possible into the hospitals to help minimise the spread of the virus .

I have to go to the hospital as I work there 🙈

I've cancelled a physio appointment. The physio herself could be carrying the virus, she has after all had high exposure. My son is disabled so I can't afford for him to get it.

Physio apts have now been cancelled. They are trying to set up video consultations. That should be fun. Getting undressed and then adjusting the computer so they can see you bending and walking! Hope nobody hacks in.
