Thought as I have SVT & A FIB, plus rare blood group, good idea to get this from Amazon. All stainless steel, screw fixing on back for your details.

I have one on my phone as a fob so always with me. I have rubber one in my car. The one on phone still good. I used to wear it but prefer it on phone. Worth the money. You can buy spare inserts if your meds change.

I’ve ordered a wristband with all my ailments, and then a card in my wallet which gives all my details and ailments in more detail. Also, if you are an iPhone user it might be worth considering the Health app which allows you to nominate emergency contacts, your details and all health issues, medication and allergies etc. Really good as someone can see all of this without unlocking your phone.

I use it and paired with my new Apple Watch if I fell and was unresponsive it would call 999 automatically and give them my exact location and also alert my emergency contacts that I’m in danger.

I think I’ll do a guide for others on here to see how to set it up.

Am interested to know how to link an Apple Watch to dial 999 if you are unresponsive

I only have a Fitbit at present but that sounds like it would be a good idea

I only have a Fitbit also, not sure Abou Apple being linked to 999. Imagine thousands having that facility!!! A friend said his is linked to the Drs and if I’d tried it and had an A Fib episode, thought the Drs would be alerted to ‘his’ episode 😂

I’ve looked at getting one, but would rather have something not too much bigger than my Fitbit because I’d only want it for the BP and HR. I have a decent watch.

Ps. I have a medic facility on my iPhone, doesn’t alert 999, but people can access the details.
