Maybe if you deal with the constipation then your AF burden will reduce as I suspect the former brings on the latter not the other way round. Best look hard at your diet maybe? It is all about the vagus nerve. Try taking magnesium supplement which can loosen one.
Polyethylene glycol 3350 (MiraLAX) really helped me. It is mixed with a beverage and you drink it. I has no taste. I would split the daily dose in half and take it in the morning and then the evening. Easy relief with no cramping.
