Interesting. I always thought coffee had a redeeming value as that is about all my mom drank and she lived a long life to age 97.

It does have a lot of redeeming features but depends upon the quality of the coffee, organic, how it was processed, how it was packaged and how it was brewed. I was advised not to have coffee that was ‘stewed’ as it tends to concentrate the caffeine. I have stuck to the pressure type pod method and continue to enjoy my one cup per day - taken with some full fat milk.

We all know exceptions to every rule ..My Grandfather lived until just 2 months short of his telegram from the queen and was never ever seen without a cigarette on average 80-100 a day.. drank heavily worked hard as a builder until well into his late 80s , but I'm not so sure his chosen lifestyle would be recommended by anyone..

I watched this, it’s always been a trigger for me, I allow myself 1 real coffee per day or 2 cups of tea. After that every thing is decaf.

Thanks - recommendations sound like really good sense to me.

Very interesting video thank you for sharing.

My doc took me off all sources of caffeine in 2007. I have one cup of decaf coffee daily, 2 cups of decaf green tea and drink water the rest of the time. I was also warned off soda back in 2007 and do not drink that ever.
