Stitch in the side!

Sometimes after an overnight Afib episode (usually lasting about 1 to 2 hours) the next day I have a 'stitch', niggling pain in my left side just under the rib cage. I also at times have lesser aches and pains in my chest - right and left. Do you think these are AF-related? Was also wondering if, during an attack when the pain is sometimes quite bad, if taking a paracetamol would help. Will put that also to the pharmacist I'm seeing tomorrow. Thanks in advance.
