successful ablation

hi everyone.

yesterday i had a successful ablation for AVNRT. i do not have wolff parkinson’s white syndrome.

i have been tormented for the last few weeks with palpitations and the worry that something would go wrong during my procedure. i’ve had a lot of sleepless nights and even wrote a will yesterday thinking back it seems so ridiculous now!!!😂

Not going to lie i may of cried a lot yesterday i was so overwhelmed and so anxious. but everyone was so nice and understanding and did their best to put me at ease.

it was actually very straight forward and i wasn’t awake during the procedure they gave me a general anesthetic. the procedure itself took under two hours and i didn’t have any discomfort after. I had two small runs of palpations yesterday evening but was told that is normal. heart went from 70 to 109 for few seconds.

i feel like i finally am getting my life back and so happy that they were able to find the problem and ablate it. I had two burns in total no chest pain so fair and getting home today.

for anyone who is awaiting ablation i would say don’t worry it’s over before you know it and get the general anesthetic by far the easiest option.

finally i’m at the end of the tunnel and couldn’t feel better

thank you all for your support and messages over the last few months it has really helped me
