Anyone has similar condition? Resting heart rate is 80-90 without any medication. Also, the irregular heart beat is only detected about 1/2-2/3 of the time when measuring blood pressure using an omron. Blood pressure is normal for systolic but slighly below normal for diastolic.
Is there any significance from the above data?

Your heart rate is a little on the high side of normal but to be honest the only way to tell if you have AF is with an ECG. Speak to your dopctor and get tested would be my advice. Hand held BP machines are not very good at detecting it and usually give false reading sanyway if you do have AF.
The patient is my father. He was recommended by the doctor to go off bistro as his blood pressure is too low when taking it. Surprisingly, after he came off it, his heart rate is also below 90 per min. Currently, he is also off apixaban by the doctor as his red blood cells count is anemic. Currently under investigation. I strongly suspect apixaban is the cause. After he stopped apixaban, within a month, he is no longer pale in the face, no longer breathless and weak easily. He will be getting his next rbc reading in six weeks and his stomach n colon scoped in two weeks. He is eighty years old.
Is your father taking apixaban or asprin or any other blood thinners? What is his blood pressure like? Have u ever take a few of his heart rate readings continuously? I have done that regularly, the three readings can be as far as 75-95.
