Thanks for posting Steve I have been observing the findings of the LEGACY study for 18 months and have lost over 10% of my body weight.

My BP is lower, I do still get episodes of P-AF but had started getting episodes every 10 days and get less now which may be partly attributable to lifestyle changes.
