This video probably describes me.Dr. guptas explanation of ectopics after an ablation has given me some insight into why I am having ectopics.3 months post ablation now and they are getting much less.The ectopic breathing really helps me but you have to go to a quiet room as soon as you feel the first ones and do it for 10 minutes.I have no idea when anxiety invaded my body but I am going to try everything to get rid of it and without medication which I have never taken.I also think that the E/P cardiologist I have is so kind,calm and reassuring that I know these ectopics will become even fewer with time.He is very young,new to his practice and I hope he never looses that gift of reassurance that he gives his patients
