I went for a walk today (first since ablation). This park bench is not far from our house. It’s a great place to sit and watch the boats, birds and dolphins. Looking forward to getting back to walking more over the coming weeks.
My happy place: I went for a walk today... - Atrial Fibrillati...
My happy place
Hi Kaz, is that any part of the Swan River. Soooooo nice 😊
No, it’s the Estuary in Mandurah. I have a few favourite walking and cycling spots along the Sean River too though, and around the Canning River, and along our beaches. I love being surrounded by water.
What a beautiful spot! I'd love to live near the water/sea so am feeling somewhat envious. All good wishes for your continued recovery,
Well done Kaz I find there is nothing like a walk to calm the mind and lift the spirits , keep up the good work...
Enjoy Kaz....but don’t take your monitor....😉😂. Looks stunning!
Beautiful, Kaz! Thanks for sharing the photos. Wishing you all the best. 😊
Stunning views kaz, glad your getting mobile again. On and up 👍
What a lovely place to sit and relax. I hope you continue to do well.
How splendid.....mandurah...makes me think of my trip last year and wanting more.......how nice to see the new horizon of your life opening up post ablation, keep well and I look forward to hearing more how you do......
Oh Kaz how lovely. When I left hospital in August after a 7 and a half week stay I went to a Convalescent Home with views of the sea and south coast. The sunrises were spectacular and it helped with my recovery. When life throws c**p at you it helps to have a special place to go to. Enjoy it. X
Beautiful happy place!
What lovely pics! Great place for healing🌟
