I'm ok with one coffee in the morning.

Wouldn't try any more. Perhaps you could try chicory. No caffeine, apparently.

Yes but only if he doesn’t have AF already.

Neither the Danes nor the dogs stated they had preexisting AF as far as I can see.

Most of us have to be a bit careful.

Thanks for that Glynne,

Pretty much what I have experienced myself following a consultation with a Nutritionist way back when ...........

As a result I have had only one AF event in over 3 and half years (and that occurred in the early hours one morning after a period of sleeping on my left side in February 2018). Mind you I wouldn't classify it as a diet enshrined in tablets of stone because not everyone can tolerate each and every food item listed. Basically for me the general rule is gluten Free, wheat free, oats free, peas and runner beans free, salads free, nuts free ......... and the list goes on. Weird, again a classic example in terms of the fact that we all respond differently to different medication, treatments, diets etc.

As they say, one mans meat is another mans poison.

However, I never assume I know it all ...... whenever I see a post such as yours, or an article or whatever, I always read it because there is always the opportunity to learn something about diet and the body. For me at least, keep the digestive system calm, keeps the heart calm.
