Regular AF

Does anybody else have regular episodes of AF? I seem to have two nights clear and then it occurs on the third night. No matter how hard I try to stay calm and centred up it pops.

I have episodes of AF every day. I am awaiting a 2nd ablation. Despite medication, I get AF at least once a day.

Yes.....I was the same until a couple of weeks ago. An episode of AF occurred either every day or every other day or every third day and usually lasted 3-4 hours. I didn't feel dizzy or faint but was aware of heartbeat and a bit tired. Then three weeks ago I started taking 2 tablets of magnesium taurate every morning and have only had a few episodes since and they lasted for a much shorter period I.e. 10-15 minutes. Now this may be a coincidence and I'm touching wood as I tell you this but thought I would pass the info on. I am awaiting a second ablation but if this continues I will have to reconsider.

I do take magnesium at night and unfortunately my AF continues for at least 12-15 hours. I am to be fitted with a four day monitor on 29/9. That will stop it.

I did take magnesium which didn't do anything but this magnesium taurate may be helping...however I do stress the word "may".

Will give it a go, anything will be better than this.
