AF and Woolf Parkinson White syndrome

Just wondering has anyone got AF and WPW as well. My EP told me I have. When I had the ablation he said he’d try and sort that as well.

WPW is relatively rare and involves a double signal from atria to ventricle as far as I understand resulting in the ventricular rate being double the atrial. I would have thought this more important to ablate than the AF but have no knowledge of likely success rates.

I didn’t see the Consultant who did my ablation before I went home. He did say he was going to sort out the WPW if he could. All I know is I’ve felt pretty rough since having the ablation though I’m not in AF.
